New BG scrolling without using BG SCROLL !

This uses 2 variables, XBGS and YBGS.
With that we have :

Do
BG COPY XBGS,YBGS,32,16 TO 0,0
Wait vbl
Clw
Loop

And adding some code for the gamepad and it works !

And only 05% of CPU, its magic !

If you see a black screen just add the program to your programs and it will works !
