A text-to-speech tool. For LowRes NX? Yes! It's quite the undertaking if I do say so myself. Use it for games that use speech, or any speaking needs. One small setback is that it has no text-to-phoneme converter, so you have to type the sound that you want it to make, and not the true spelling of the words.
