@greatgames, this is a great idea... you will be able to create a guide that will be helpful for real beginners as you were there ... my first programming experience was with a (then new) apple2e... back then there was no hard drive, your operating system was booted on with a 5-1/4" floppy disk, waited 5 minutes for it to load the data and boot, then pulled that disk out and put your game disk in... game played on a green screen ... so it is harder for me to anticipate how to best present a tutorial for beginners ...

I would recommend editing your top header text (where you list your todo's and updates) and invite people to post their questions here where you can post your answers... So others with the same question can read the answers here :)
