Good game but im a little counfused i completed the game and it said my score is 11126 but then it said my new high score is 257

Looks like there might be a problem with highscores because the variable TRFY is stored at the same address.

Another note: you are using the old syntax for attributes. There are new commands which are easier understandable, like
PAL 1
for texts/cells, and
SPRITE 1 PAL 3 SIZE 1
Check the manual :)
