This tool will take your black-and-white character ROMs developed with the Char Designer and compress them for use with Pxl Library's subprograms PXL_CELL, PXL_SPRITE, PXL_TEXT, and PXL_PRINT.
You don't have to compress your character ROMs if you use the four-color variants of these subprograms (prefixed with PXL2_).
