when i saw the cursor move i instantly thought of a puzzle game that could be made out of this

You are always welcome to remix anything I have made, so long as you leave in the credit i usually put it them...
As for this one, It is rather just a sampler piece, so if you can make a game out of it, please take credit for your game, and just say something like "inspired by was8bit's Cell Attribute Reader" ... will be sufficient credit :)
