To edit the colors, on palette editor tap set#0 to edit #'s 1-3, tap set#1 to edit #'s 4-5, tap set#2 to edit #'s 7-9, set#3 edits #'s 10-12 and set#4 edits #'s 13-15

If you edit set #4,you will need to make one small change...
BG 1
BG COPY 0,0,20,16 TO 1,0
SPRITE 0,0,0,32
SPRITE 0 PAL 4
YY=0
Change PAL 4 to PAL 7
This will keep the cursor colors the same hues :)
