Dash past enemies and swiftly annihilate them with your laser sword! Watch out though, for they are far too big to be dealt really close with. Some are even armed with guns that might shoot you!
Finally released! I might add more changes in the future, but they'll be minor. I have also given up on the gradual difficulty increase, since it's already as hard as is.
This version adds the following:
+Mines! Place them in places that are hard to reach.
+A clearer indication if you were hit and why.
A and B Buttons: Mines
-If enemies don't die in one strike, dash them again. Some have slightly higher health.
-You can only slash in one dash so much. After a certain amount of attacks, you'll take damage from head-on collision with the enemy
-You can increase the number of attacks per dash and other stats through pickups.
-Attack enemies in a perpendicular manner if possible, especially the shooting ones. Otherwise, if they survive your dash, they might hit you again.
-Pickups have a certain limit. Collecting that same pickup again once you reached that limit only increases your score.
-Be aware of bullets.
-Place mines in edges and corners.
Things I'd like to add in the future:
More clear SFX warnings
Bug fixes, a bit of polish and other ideas I might come up with.
0.6 - Shooting enemies, game timer element, new pickup, slight tweaks
0.5 - Timer-based enemy generation, a bit more enemies, shields, pickups, slight tweaks
0.4 - Minor yet important bug fixes, vertical enemies, slight tweaks
0.3 - High score, basic functional combat, better music, slightly buggy.
0.2 - Score, simple music, combat test.
0.1 - Concept
