BMP Import Tool

Now you can download sprite packs from the internet, format them on your PC, and just use this tool to import them into the LowRes NX character designer!

Instructions for using the tool are at the top of the source code. You'll need ImageMagick (it's free!) and Windows 8 or newer.

Known Issues to Fix:

• I had assumed $F000 through $FDFF were available for use! Need LOAD to RAM, move to array, then write new file to RAM, then finally SAVE.
• For each BMP color (0-15), program should ask which LowRes NX color (0-3) and "layer" (1-6) to use (this is more flexible than "color" being 4 or 7, and easier than using the color change tool)

I made a thing for animal crossing that tries to find the optimum pallete for small pictures. Do you know java?
