Very cool, some single parts of it are even more complex than most of the other games here :)
I will actually try to play it until the end!
Just one major bug: The perspective is wrong! When the top of the street goes to the right, the background should go to the left ;)

Don’t hesitate to cheat if it’s too hard. I managed to finish it only once so far, and it was the luckiest run ever. So I might change values according to players feedback

I made the background scrolling more realistic, it was not only the direction. Check the code for the variable BGDX.

Nice, yeah that's way better than what I did for the BG scroll. It now gives the feel you're actually turning! It might create some trouble though, cause we didn't plan on backgrounds to be warping around...

Definitely, i just reworked the end castle landscape as it was not wrapping well. Also it was scrolling inside buildings too, so i just inserted BGDX=0 when entering and it seems to work fine. I’m posting the update :)

Thanks Mrlegoboy! I’m just surprised no one mentioned the effects of the goods you can buy/find and consume. I thought it was fun 🤨. Btw, you even get invincibility in those times! 😎

I just saw the effects yesterday the first time :O They are cool. I didn't know which effect they have on the gameplay though.

Nice! I liked the road moving and the battle system! I only have 2 issues. 1: Please make original art instead of copying old gameboy Pokemon games. 2: How do you avoid holes on the road? Half of the time I can't dodge them. Rather than those 2 issues, the game is great!

Thanks! Mmmm I’m afraid nothing in this game is original... lmao. The concept, the art... Not even the holes in the ground :/ it’s called nostalgia ;) btw Pokemon is not that old come on! And just so you know my first intention was to copy space harrier which is even older. Regarding the holes you just gotta jump them when you’re close to the edge. Just remove them or diminish their frequency of appearance using the event var.
