It's a good idea but,
for your own experience, it's better to learn english at as the same as you learn development. you'll progress in both at the same times.

Oh, I didn't get that you meant the manual with "manual", I though about the opposite of "automatic" :)

Writing a manual is really a lot of work (it's quite large also) and translating might be almost the same amount of work. You would have to make sure everything is correct. Not only on a language level, but also on a technical level. Also I update the manual when there are new features, so then even the translations would have to be updated.

For me this is too much work and it would probably be too expensive to let this do someone professional, sorry. Maybe Google Translate helps? But maybe the translation would be more confusing than trying to read the english version on your own...
