It CAN be very difficult to get a game to perform precisely as you may want to... often you resign yourself to calling a game "done" if overall it performs mostly ok and the few little buggy parts cannot be quite fixed properly...
Especially this is true gone games that were pressed for time to meet deadlines... they cant pay a programmer more money than what they expect a game to make... which usually after a few months that game becomes old and cold as new games hit market...
So, a few bugs are often found in most all games...
