I had a rough time this winter - between both the pandemic lock-downs and getting seasonal depression for the first time in my life, I just kinda vegged out for awhile and watched television with my wife.
I had initially stopped playing just after my motivation post, since I got really annoyed that the system isn't fast enough for fullscreen pixel-level panning (not even full motion video, just panning). But, between working on the 3d landscape stuff and taking a break from the pixel-level stuff, I'm now ready to begin again!
And, as I was getting ready for bed this evening, I realized letterbox/widescreen panning will actually be more cinematic anyway! So, now that it's getting a bit warmer outside I'm finally motivated again! :-)

I do what i can here, which isnt much as i might like, but am very greatful for NX and Timo and this community :D
Anyone is always welcome as they have the time, it is a nice little place of game code happiness :)
