I updated the web player, so all recent programs with music work now on this website.
LowRes NX v0.10 for Mac and Windows will come in the next days. An update for the iOS app was sent to Apple today and is waiting for its review.

Am I correct in that Apple devices (phones and iPads) still cannot play the games... that is, the games won't respond to touch (if touch controlled)....

Do you mean the web player? I guess it doesn't work on any mobile device, but I didn't try Android yet. Currently I don't have plans to improve the web player for mobile. I prefer simplify running a program from web in the native app, if Apple lets me.

Is it possible so that Apple allows it so the community lets you play the games online and maybe let you copy the source code so that you can paste it into a new program?

This webpage already lets you do that... just click the small file name to get a copy of the code :)

@TIMO... just verifying, thanks :)

Yea but it’s hard to have to copy and paste the whole thing because the more you select the slower it runs
Timo 2018-12-15 13:14
Yes, copy & paste is annoying. It would be easy to add a button "Play in App" on the web and implement this in the app. But this would be "downloading executable code" which is not permitted by Apple. Except they accept it as an education app. Or they don't notice...

I find it easier to start the copying process AT THE BOTTOM, and then scroll UP ;)
Timo 2018-12-15 15:14
Since iOS 12 it scrolls automatically if you hold your finger on the top or bottom of the text area (when selecting). Better, but of course still not a perfect way to run a program quickly.
was8bit 2018-12-15 15:26
There are sometimes when using the auto scrolling method, it decides to go "bloop" and you lose the entire highlight competely and you have to start over...
Unless the code is super long, I just manually do it ...

Apple was quick this time and already accepted the iOS app v1.3, should be available in the next hours. I also just published the macOS version:
I'll post official news next week, when also the Windows version is ready.

Both Mac and Windows versions of 0.10 are now available:
Anyway there are problems with the Mac version, so I'll try to fix it before I make a bigger announcement for it.

All right! :)
