Is the movement point to point on a grid or do the dots lock into place after moving in a direction? Feels like an optical illusion 😂

Initially they are SPRITES and are given somewhat random direrection and speed....
Each sprite converts (via the sprite being removed) and changes into a cell image when....
1) it reaches the edge of the screen
2) moving would cause it to touch an existing cell image

I had a specific vision in my head.... and could not properly get it right... as these programs are quick little things i try to make as i am trying to get to sleep, i rarely publish them unless they do something substantial... this just reached that threshhold...
I have about 20+ i havent published because i fell asleep before i got them running ;)
