i'm trying to make cards. and advice to me.

i'm making cards now like this, and if make other suit, should i make it in next line?
if you make card game, which one is better?(all cards made in a row , or each suit cards divided line by line)
BTW, i'm japanese and i'm not good at English,so sometimes i may make a mistake in English lol .
if you can't understand my English, feel free to ask me!
