Just random words of random syllables in a nice font in random colors
Timo 2022-04-07 14:09
So I guess you have a script to convert image files to LowRes NX, right?
GAMELEGEND 2022-04-07 16:56
I see no difference between this and what it sounds like when I talk
Ericisonit 2022-04-07 21:06
@Timo
I’ve been working on a windows based IDE of sorts for LowRes Nx and it’s coming along very nicely.
GAMELEGEND 2022-04-07 21:17
oh thats cool
Timo 2022-04-08 17:20
Ericisonit, can we see some screenshots of it?
Benimo12 2022-04-08 18:36

Here’s a link to some shots of it:

:O
That looks very impressive! Is it based on some open source parts or did you write everything from scratch??
GAMELEGEND 2022-04-15 12:05
oh it looks so nice
G-9 2022-04-15 13:14
this is soo nice really 10/10
only remains dark mode support but its ok if you dont add it
Benimo12 2022-04-15 14:45
Now, that is what we need.
Looks very impressive and it would be very useful on Windows and Linux (if it has Linux Support). Nice going!
Ericisonit 2022-04-15 18:28
Most things are from scratch, except of course I have a modified version of LowRes NX in .dll form to be used for debugging purposes, quite nice to hit F5 to test your proggy every little time you make a change, and then have it pause on a break point and show you the current state of all the variables… I’ve got sooo many little ideas I wanna implement, and so many basic things I still haven’t done to it, the least of which is just cleaning up the code and re-namespacing things etc, to make things a bit more extensible….
Ericisonit 2022-06-15 01:02
@Timo
i set up a private github repository for what i've got done so far on my lowresnx IDE and sent you an invite so you could take a look and hopefully provide some feedback, not sure the best way to reach you directly
Timo 2022-06-15 06:26
Ericsonit, thanks, I got it. But it’s only for Windows, right? I have a Mac. I may have a chance to check it, but not very soon.
Ericisonit 2022-06-15 08:50
Ah, yes for windows but it's .NET so it shouldn't be too difficult to port... if i had a mac hehe
G-9 2022-06-16 10:25 (Edited)
💀💀💀
use mono or something
you can also make a mac os virtual machine, it's easy (it will cost you 16gb of download but dw lol)
Timo 2022-06-16 14:24
I guess I will just test it on my girlfriend's PC ;)
