Reset File layout: 16 bytes per line

Here was one of the smallest tools on the platform (only the first version is small):
When you edit the text of your ROM files by hand, or you copy a long continuous string of hex data from the internet, then your ROM files are going to look all messy, however, they can still be read.
This program reads those files and writes them right back to the disk.

Enter the file number, the program will list the file name and the file size and write the file to the disk

FYI the thumbnail refers to a midi file, I'm not working on a Zelda game

Update: for large files (greater than 20KB ($5000) it will now show a warning, ask for an offset (when you have a duplicate of your file) and it'll cut off the last bytes
