(Top Secret) Character Data manipulation

Step 00: store 64 characters in secret data file#4, load data to working memory
Step 01: read from memory and convert graphic character data into a unique string made up of the data bits in the 8x8 graphic
Step 02: let user enter bits to a character, and let program be able to reacognize when entry matches target

Hint: using GFX DESIGNER, and selecting LOAD, FILE you can edit the characters.. then selecting FILE,SAVE you can save your edits
