If your using a gamepad and want to switch to keyboard you can use
Keyboard on
And
Keyboard off
Gamepad 1

You mean the opposite?: "If your using a keyboard and want to switch to gamepad"
You can't disable the gamepad, however you can leave it on, ignore it, and rely on the keyboard

Actually you can disable the gamepad temporarily by activating the keyboard. As long as the keyboard is on, the gamepad is disabled.

Is that only on mobile, where the screen has to resize to fit the on-screen keyboard, or does the PC version also have that,
