THE MESSAGE CAN NOT HAVE NUMBERS AND SPECIAL CHARACTERS
I have been learning about data encryption and I was using lowres to make small little test programs, so I decided to improve my program that uses Caesar cipher and make a few improvements like letting the user change the shift without having to type the message again
