The scrolling is done by:

if touch
- difference variable is set to touch.y minus a variable equal to touch.y of the last frame
- the touch.y of the last frame variable is set to touch.y
else
- difference is set to difference * 0.98
end if
and then just add the difference to the scroll value
and clamp the scroll value (I don't need rubber banding here)

Here's a version that can be used as a tool (it will load the first 16KB of all external files in RAM)
