Background scroll does not loop properly...
Before BG SCROLL you will need to first manually copy the cells on the left, then do the scroll, then put those copied cells on the right... then it will do what you want :)

"BG SCROLL" copies cells. For smooth pixel-wise scrolling you have to use the "SCROLL" command.
Scrolling is tricky in LowRes NX, because it works exactly like on old consoles. Check out this video about the Game Boy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQE1K074v3s
It's the same in LowRes NX :)
