I have game maker studio... I own a lisence with them.... but the reason why I quit it is because they constantly are changing your code, and all your old games have to always be recoded to keep working...

I LOVE its ability to "dot" connect and access variables from one set of code to another set of code... it's really an awesome concept....

But it's a real headache not being able to reuse code or older games due to them constantly changing their code... >_<

Also, to make your game playable on an iPhone, you first must purchase an expensive liscence with them for their converter.. and you additionally have to have an apple programmers liscence to submit your app to Apple...

With LowRes NX, you can craft easy games, and instantly share with Apple playes AND windows players... :D

Now, how cool is that !! :)

Moving on is important sometimes. The advantage of Game Maker is that you don’t have these retro restrictions but you can make modern games. Enjoy it!

I use LowRes NX because it’s the only game-making mobile app that I know of. I’m not near a computer a lot so LowRes NX is super convenient
