So, I may have found a bug in LowResNX but I can’t pin it down yet. Running this program on Windows and the web (but not iOS), when it gets to a setting that has the letters flying around using sprites, sometimes it will crash and hang indefinitely. I know it happens during rendering of the sprites and it’s because it’s trying to use a character index > 255 for some reason, yet I can see no reason why it would need to do this when the sprites are all 8x8 and so there doesn’t need to be any adding to the character index to render the other characters like you do in sprites which take up more than a single character. Somehow it never happens on iOS tho.
