Play all dice (from below reserve) so that all rules are followed, and completely fills out the top target above.
There is one guaranteed solution, and there may be a few other winning variations
CLUE RULES for target clues:
1) white with a black #.... dice must match the #
2) color but no #... dice must match color
3) white with no #... any dice can be played
CONNECT RULES for how dice connect in target area (up,down,left,right)
1) no two dice with same # can touch or connect
2) no two dice with same color can touch or connect
OTHER RULES:
1) each set (target above, reserve below) is played as its own mini game
2) moving dice back down into reserve doesnt have any rules
BUTTONS:
RESET clears all dice back into reserve, and rescrambles reserve
CHEAT resets, and arranges all dice into their winning layout ;)

Also, in my version, you may play in a space that does immediately touch any dice… but you will still have to follow connect rules when the dice begin to touch …
This is helpful if say there is only one color below and only one space above that matches that color… since you know it goes there, playing it right away helps you get other dice properly played :)
So, for example in the picture above, the pink 2 obviously goes to the pink top right corner…
