Version 4.0 has 12 editable brushes/erasures ...
Use characters 1-12, edit using color 1 as a point, and no color as no point...
Your maximum brush size is 8x8
Tap the 0,1,2 button to toggle Brush color (0=erase)

Disk data for rabbit sketch... just copy the file into YOUR Disk file, then open up the program and select LOAD (L)

The system currently uses editable 2x2 drawing blocks, but all possible configurations are used....
It is possible to expand the brush/eraser size to a 3x3
... basically the patterns are the same for brush and erasure... one just adds dark grey, the other adds light grey...

Version 3.5 has more easily editable brush data, and expands to a 3x3 size.. just use 0 for no effect, and 1 for effect.... basically it tracks your x,y touch at the top left, and effects spawn down and right from that point...
Editing the brushes will have no effect on the Save,Load feature.. just copy past any image data someplace special if you want to save an image for later use... ;)

@Pablo.. do you have any other ideas for this?
Example: I could change things around to give you 12 editable brushes, and toggle for choosing between brush/erasure mode... bigger brushes are also possible...
... the slower you draw, the "heavier" the brush will apply on the canvas...
... also if you could post the data for a pic for my final upgrade i will credit you for your art work, and it would highlight what could be made with it :)

... i went ahead and upped the brushes in size and quantity... now it is super easy to edit your 12 brushes simply by editing char#'s 1-12... program reads and loads each character as a brush/erasure... ;)
...again, save/load function is not affected ;)

.... the only thing i could possibly add is one more shade, black... but then it wouldn't be an etcha sketch any more...
The B/E button would have to change to 0,1,2 as a degree of shading.... 0 being the light grey, 1 being the dark grey, and 2 being black... and only one color at a time would be applied as a "stamp" so it would be hard to control the shading....

Ok so i quickly added black.... really gotta go now, but let me know whatcha think :)
Also, the drawing colors are all PAL 0 so adjusting those can let you blend 3 other colors of your choice: #0 is not available, #1 is the canvas color, and 2,3 are your drawing colors...

Just noticed that i ruined the brushes with the line drawing. Now the brushes are usable again, and you get continuous line for the pen.
Also, i edited the brushes and made more changes so i'm comfortable using it. You can use my additions if you like.
I'm liking using this drawing program, i may come with more weird drawings if it's okay.
