So with new multiplayer I am really excited but I also don’t really know how to do it. I also have a good idea that could be possible but idk. I was hoping we could add texting in Lowres nx so I don’t have to go to the website to message other people. That’s all byeeeee!

I‘m not working on LowRes NX anymore since a few years. The multiplayer thing is not a new feature, it‘s just a side effect someone found.
Sorry, I don‘t have time anymore to work on this :/

This appears to be a reference to a recent online multiplayer proof of concept. This indeed is not an official NX feature but a sweet workaround:
An NX program can save data to a file named "Disk.nx". On IOS, your NX programs, including your Disk.nx, are stored on iCloud (other platforms could do this as well). iCloud allows collaborating on a file online with others, so I shared a Disk.nx with all of you (two actually). When using this shared Disk.nx instead of your current Disk.nx, your program can "talk" to others that use the same disk.
A user could develop a program that can send and receive text messages over this shared Disk.nx, but I doubt it, on itself, would be practical. If you like real time chat messaging, it would be easier to set up a Discord server or something similar. Side note: integrating text messaging into an NX-made online multiplayer game could be useful.
