It happened sometimes that I deleted messages, which were not appropriate. And there was at least one hacker attack, where a few hundred users were registered. I also deleted these.
But there is not really a way to ban a real user. They could always create a new account with a different e-mail address, so I could not do a lot against this.
Luckily it wasn't necessary yet either :)

hmmmm, I think the backend usually checks, if the posting user is actually the correct one, but maybe this check is missing for simple comments...

i mean, to ban users, you could just ip ban them. unless they move you have them banned, and nobody with a stable brain would move to an entirely different house just to troll on a video game website. ofc, don’t do that with raichu new because me and it share the same ip
