Basic side scrolling starfield example.

I optimized some things:

• You need RANDOMIZE TIMER only once at the beginning of the program.
• ON VBL CALL is used to call a sub automatically each frame. If you call it manually, you can simply use CALL (without ON VBL).
• I made MKSTARS reusable with parameters and removed the second version.
• I changed the scroll speed of BG 1 to 1.0 to make scrolling smoother. Best speeds to move pixel stuff are integers or 1.0 divided by an integer (e.g. 0.5, 0.25)

Awesome thanks 🙏 I’m trying to understand how all this stuff works and I tend to repeat a lot of stuff also my maths is a bit errr crap 🤣

No problem, I know that LowRes NX misses tutorials. Using a custom programming language doesn't really help neither :/
I'm currently improving the manual and I hope I will have more time in the future to help.
