How do I make my text appear letter by letter?

I'm fairly new to LowRes NX. How do I make my text appear letter by letter instead of appearing instantly?

R U using TEXT or PRINT...

either way, instead of using "HELLO" you use "H" , "E" , "L" , "L" "O"

Personally i would prefer using TEXT, although PRINT is very useful if you are making a text only game (no graphics)
