Are we allowed to publish our projects in other websites or like in a file share page? instead of using THIS website in specific. For example, publishing our LowRes NX projects on Steam or Epic Games Store. Or maybe changing the files, like modify the LowRes NX.exe or changing some of the .txt files like the readme.txt, and publish it somewhere else, are we allowed too? Or we can only publish our programs here? I use LowRes NX on windows 10

I would say that LOWRESNX.EXE is Timo's hard work... but as far as the code you type in the text file, that is yours...
ANYONE with a free copy of LowresNx from the Apple store can access and play your games, for free...
Also, TOUCHSCREEN games are playable directly from this webpage without the need for lowres, so even android phones can play these types of games posted here...

I would encourage you to post some games here, as the community here is really nice, can be inspirational, and can attach program code directly to post :)
Also, if you need some time to get used to the code and tools, here is a great place to test things... :)
Also, you may download and play with anything i have posted... :)
