Twisted Matchem Challenge

A quick little challenge to help keep your mind off of stuff and give you a quick break :)
RULES:
- MUST be a blend of two games: .... one game MUST be match styled, matching pairs (or such) as the play action ... the other game MUST be where matching is NOT traditionally used
- The match style game MUST be blended together with the other styled game ... you have complete freedom on how to do that ...
- MUST use only one page of graphics, and may have one page for text/numbers
Post as "TWISTED MATCHEM" and add your game name to it..
I call "dibs" on...

TWISTED MATCHEM: Bowling
Try to create something original and unique, but everyone who participates wins big "KUDOS" :):):)

Here is what i am currently working on... i am working nearly 6-1/2 days a week, so it may take some time to finish it... am currently fleshing out the connection code...
I may work on and finish the bowling one first, as it will be simple, and for my carrom i want to add alot more to it...

My bowling will have a similar approach, using numbered pins that you have to match... both of my games will limit the match connection to only 2 bends...
you may be inventive with your matching rules, so don't feel like you have to follow my matching rules, its OK to be creative with your matching rules :)
Existing games that are good examples of a Matchem blend ...
Solitaire + Matching = Seven Seas
Tetris + Matching = Dr. Mario

Possible ideas ....
RPG + Matching : where player has to match one of their cards to one the enemy cards to win or strike the enemy...
Baseball + Matching : whre more cards a player can match with the opponent cards, the better the outcome... of each throw of the ball
Car/Horse Racing + Matchem: where different matches dictate where a car/horse may move (or not)

If at least one person participates and publishes a Twisted Matchem game, i have one more Twisted idea i think everyone will enjoy, as the game to be twisted will allow even more variety and freedom, and a lot of existing games already qualify, so i know the next twisted challenge will be a blast ;) ...
