Here is a better approach
1) post an unfinished program as WIP (Work In Progress) in the game section, as if it was a game…
Then as you add more stuff use
MyProgramName 0.001
And update the # for each “save”
MyProgramName 0.002
This way you have a record of each version saved to the online community, most everyone will respect your work as yours, and if you make a big mistake with one version you have all the older versions you can always download and start over with an older version
… ALSO, new programmers can see how to code a game by looking at each version you post, and that can help them understand better how to build a game bit by bit ;)
