I think it’s a permission problem. The app tries to save to the desktop. I found this:
Number 2 sounds promising, run the app as administrator. I don’t have Windows to test it though…

Nice, you can still remove some spaces after number literals, for fun stuff like

@qwaffe I got rid of 18 bytes, 8 of them using that method and 10 bytes saved by getting rid of unnecessary line feeds in the ROM. Down to 969 bytes.
