Lowres NX is available for windows, it even works for touchpads with windows :)

Goto the gamepad icon on the upper left corner of this page, click it, and about halfway down that page look for this link...

"Also available for macOS, Windows and Linux"

Pfff, this is not a gamepad, it's the amazing console itself! ;)

Oh yes, now I can type on a keyboard! I'm gonna go download it now! :)))))))))))))))

Hold up I downloaded it. And it keeps saying "DRAG INTO WINDOW". Then I dragged it. And it keeps saying that. It seems no matter what I do it says that. Please help.

Windows version can be tricky as it isn’t as automatic as with apple phone or pad...

I think you will need to go into window settings and tell it that files with extension .NX will be run with LowRes program

I have no idea.

Windows settings are a headache...

What version windows do you have....

LowRes Oranges are good 2019-11-23 14:56

Timo 2019-11-23 20:21

Do you drag NX program files into the window?

LowRes Oranges are good 2019-11-24 02:05

Yes I did, timo.

LowRes Oranges are good 2019-11-24 02:09

Wait the program files? Maybe not let me try that.

LowRes Oranges are good 2019-11-26 02:33

Ok I did it, it ran the programs I dragged. Now how to I get to the menu and write code?

Timo 2019-11-26 14:59

Maybe read the first chapters of the manual? ;)

was8bit 2019-11-26 16:33

Unlike lowre in iphone/ipad, lowres for windows isnt all together, it is seperated, including the help file...

The windows lowres help file is a seperate file from lowres... see if you have it, and if so read thru it carefully as it will detail how to do the different things you are used to doing on iphone/ipad :)

LowRes Oranges are good 2019-11-27 02:09

I am very new to windows. I have never owned a computer!

was8bit 2019-11-27 06:00

Hey, dont feel bad, i was super confused at first too... once you are used to the iphone/ipad lowres, windows interface feels abit clunky by comparison, but you soon get used to it and its actually good once you get used to it :)
