WHAT AM I REQUESTING:
Very basic beginner stuff. Not looking for copy and paste code only - looking for a tutorial that is explained very simplistic like the Basic Tutorial on this website or close to it in explanation style.
THIS IS THE REQUEST:
No graphics - I’ll do that, just code and explanation to:
* How to add a side scrolling floor/background for my pixel character to walk on.
* How to apply gravity or keep pixel character on the ground to walk & jump. Also when jumping this code should naturally have home land back on the ground.
* How to move my character, forward and back. (There is a movement tutorial on this website, but not sure if your code can use that too? Leave that to your discretion, but it has to be in this code and tutorial I am requesting)
* How to give pixel character ability to shoot projectiles
* How to give pixel character jump ability and a button associated to trigger jump.

IF DOING IN TEXT: Written in detail and please... keep it simple. This is why I am paying for the simplicity in explanation.
IF DOING IN VIDEO: Has to be clear so I can see, no less than 720p and clear audio so I can hear - if possible post on youtube so everyone here can access it.

If you cannot explain in detail, in the LAMEST of terms, like the Basic Tutorial does on this website or at least near to it in simplistic explanation. Please ignore this request. You’ll come across complicated and potentially wasted your time - I wouldn’t want to waste anyone’s time.
I stress - - Has to be made with beginner in mind or better yet... as if you’re speaking to a 5year old. See basic tutorial on this website for reference.

I’m paying for me to ramp my knowledge and in the process helping the future noobs, like myself, that will come to this site and are lost out of they mind like I am, but hungry to learn and life doesn’t afford them time like that. This can help with the hump.
You will also be helping get this site get some much needed tutorial material. Win/Win

You can post here so we can keep everything honest and tailor it (since it will be here for everyone and future members) you will always have access to reiterate and make it better as time goes on.

Did you see my videos on the Help page of this website? They are outdated and for an old Mac version, but maybe they still help to understand a bit better the Designer tools.
Creating a new very basic video tutorial is on my to do list, but there are too many other things still :(

I get your busy so I don’t expect you to really create those. I don’t mind doing what I can for me to learn even coming out the pocket if need be once in awhile.
To answer your question.
Yea I did Timo,
But since I am literally out of the womb new.. it doesn’t help me. It’s not structured showing the beginning of a project to the ending of a project.
Those videos for me, since again I still new with very basic knowledge, are too fractured for me to attain from them. They are more like one off’s which I can’t grasp enough solid footing to create something from them. I am referring to coding side, not the graphic side. I learned a lot from your video with creating a background (after I had @was8bit) break stuff down for me - you definitely taught me a lot there. The coding side is where I am blank.
I’m liking the spot here - so if that’s how I help bolster you library of tutorials (with starting to ending projects) by paying somebody - then so be it, I’m for it.
