Under settings > get_engine_param you will find a variable named "MAX_ENGINE_SPEED", multiply it by a very big number like 1000 or even infinity (INF = 0^(-1)).

You are probably asking this for your nascar project. Though I recommended you to make use of my program before, I think it would be better for you to use my program to fuel a prompt in your favorite LLM so it can make exactly what you want out of it rather than trying to make this big program of mine fit your use cases.
